Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team
· System design, coding, code review and unit testing

· Delegate tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals
· Liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard and on time as urgent needs
· Identify risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible
· Perform periodic risk assessments and initiate risk control strategies
· Analyze existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements
· Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
· Update work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required
· Write progress reports and deliver presentations to the management level
· Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

· At least five-year experience in technical management field and experience in handling multiple projects
· Relevant Management certification is preferable and experiences in a similar role would be advantageous
· Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills and IT infrastructure skills
· Experience in Government projects is preferable
