Anyone who has professional experience in the area of programming and systems architecting of client/server applications under MS .NET and Windows Server and open-source frameworks on Linux, especially Python programming language and not limited to data modelling of relational data and NoSQL data, software development and debugging under OS frameworks in client/server environments, server administration (Linux). Surplus for the candidates who have experience in software solutions for health financing schemes/products OR open source eHealth software packages.
