We are looking for the tech lead position at ERA Myanmar, an integrated communications agency with PR, digital-social and tech services offered to a wide range of industries from international and local clients. The tech lead candidate must have the following skills and capabilities -

- Must be an experienced team lead with the ability to think through the processes, technical requirements and assign to team members

- Must be a team player who can work independently, providing technical related solutions when required

- Must be always-up to date with the latest technical standards and best practices in interactive design and development

- Must be able to plan training programs, set KPIs, and mentor the team members

- Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to function well in a self-directed, team-oriented environment

Technical requirements

- Excellent front-end skills, including HTML and the use of CSS preprocessors and modern principles of JavaScript development

- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing databases using MySQL and/or other SQL databases

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in design and coding with PHP Laravel frameworks

- WordPress knowledge is a bonus

- Experience in Full-Stack (LAMP) development (back-end, front-end and some server management)

- Experience working with AWS and Linux environments

- Expertise in source control, code review, and repository management with gi
