Team Leader (Java/Mobile)
Job Description
- Must have at least 4 year experiences in Java related projects
- Must have good English skills
- Must be Bachelor of Computer Sciences (or), Bachelor Degree
- Have experience to lead a team of software engineers
- Have solid fundamental of OOP and experiential applying design patterns
- Have experience in Java, J2EE technologies or Spring framework
- Have experience with writing efficient SQL queries and/or using ORM (JPA, Hibernate, iBatis)
- Be familiar with HTML, JavaScript, CSS plus front-end web related technologies
- Have knowledge about TDD, BDD and Unit testing
- Have good clean code mindset
- Have problem solving, presentation and time management skills
- Have customer and product-oriented, logical thinking and pro-active
- Be passionate of new technologies and being eager to learn from each other
