Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities 
-Review and analyse product features specifications for assigned projects 
-Defines, identifies, collects, and organizes detailed information relating to testing requirements 
-Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities 
-Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases 
-Build automated test cases using selenium/cypress 
-Execute test cases (manual and automated) and report results 
-Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality 
-Help troubleshoot environmental/tools issues 
-Responsible to manage QA documents 
-Investigate customer complaints and non-commercial issues 
-Interpret and implement quality assurance standards 
-Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems 
-Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system 
-Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions 
-Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities 
-Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards 
-Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions 
-Conduct user training 
-Coach juniors  

We are looking for applicants with the following profile: 
 
-Bachelor’s degree preferred 
-Certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma 
-Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience 
-Experience with implementation of corrective action programs 
-Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases 
-Strong or solid knowledge of programming languages such as Java and php 
-Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA 
-Experience with Selenium or Cypress
