We’re looking for a senior and an experienced iOS developer for our Myanmar office in Yangon. You’ll be working alongside energetic and fun peers on challenging applications aimed at a vast number of users. You’ll mostly be dealing with complex data structure coming from one or more backends and wiring up various UIs with complicated business logics. So you’re expected to have the ability to abstract away the complexities, make a clear separation of concerns and be a strong problem solver. 

 

 

❖     Work closely with project managers, designers and peer engineers to transform ideas into products.

❖     Share your knowledges about industrial best practices, design patterns and techniques on a timely basis amongst local team as well as team operating abroad.

❖     Lead experienced iOS developers to make sure the coding standards are followed, security checks are applied and be their go-to reference when needed.

❖     Help maintain code quality, coding standards and smoothen development workflow.

❖     Design, build, maintain high performance, reusable and reliable code.

❖     Pinpoint the bottlenecks and fix bugs.

 

            

❖     Solid understanding of Swift and competent knowledge in Obj-C

❖     Strong knowledge of all or either of following architectural patterns and experience using them: MVC, Clean Architectures such as MVVM, VIPER

❖     At least 3 years of extensive development in iOS

❖     Knowledge in Functional or Protocol-Oriented Programming preferred is a huge plus

❖     Able to write readable, testable and maintainable code that conforms with industry-wide best practices and styles. 

❖     Able to communicate effectively with project managers and designers 

❖     Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical requirements.

❖     Good Git knowledge and habits 

❖     Familiar with Realm, Core Data, Object-Mapper and SwiftyJSON 

❖     Experience integrating third-party services like google map, login, firebase, mixpanel etc…

❖     Familiar with basic Unit and UI testing

❖     Familiarity with continuous deployment/integration is a plus.
