- Able to communicate in English
- Backend development experience in commercial projects 2+ yrs
- Experience in GoLang development 2+ yrs
- Hands-on HTTP/WebServices/REST API knowledge
- Hands-on PostgreSQL/Redis/gRPC knowledge
- Good coding habits, excellent design ability
- Positive and optimistic, a strong sense of responsibility, good team communication, and cooperation ability
- love to teach/share knowledge
- Hand-on Docker+Kubernetes experience
Will Be A Plus:
- Experience in logistic and or eCommerce industry
- moving from Rails to Go
- hand-on microservice experience
