"Sales Account Manager/ Business Development" in Banking and Finance Area (for IT Software Sales)
Key Responsibilities:
• Research organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets focusing on BFSI sector
• Oversee new marketing initiatives, develop go-to-market strategy and build sales pipeline in accordance with targets
• Contact with potential clients to establish rapport and set up meetings for follow-up
• Create account mapping of each client to identify the key stakeholders
• Prepare necessary sales materials to pitch and make presentation for overview of product and/or service offerings
• Liaise closely with Global Partner to develop proposals and respond RFPs/ tenders.
• Strategize commercial negotiation and drive to award the deals
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Generate weekly/ monthly reports for sales progress and revenue pipeline.
• Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
• Keep track on project progress for invoicing, receivable and payable with customers and partner
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or management or marketing, preferably BBA or BBM
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales account or business development or relevant role
• Successful track record in B2B sales, preferably experience on IT Software Sales in Banking and Finance Sector
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is a must
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to deliver presentations
• Ability to manage multi-task and work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Email
• Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting is a plus
