JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for creating UI and UX designs for responsive websites and Android/iOS mobile applications

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Strong English communication skills are MUST. You also need a good headset with good sound quality for daily communications.
If you can also write and speak Japanese, it's a good plus.
At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. We use Figma currently.
Ability to create design components and style guides
Ability to develop UX designs and user flow diagrams which acquire more users and speed up any user processes.
Ability to come up with UI/UX designs for different cases depending on errors, user conditions, users’ languages, users’ regions, etc.
Ability to create raster image files with Adobe Photoshop or something equivalent.
Ability to create vector image files with Adobe Illustrator or something equivalent.
Senior level on HTML and CSS coding.
JavaScript / TypeScript / React front-end coding skills are good to have. Especially if you can create React Components, that will save engineers’ time and communication redundancies.
Knowledge on Agile project management: Scrum & Kanban
Ability to work independently and to be a good team player

CONDITIONS

You will work as an independent contractor.
Your 1st month will be $700 USD (or more depending on your skill set) to identify your ability for this position. Negotiable after this trial period.
