React.js Front-End Developer - Golden Paddy Mobile App
Job Description
At Impact Terra,we always want to provide the best experience to our users. Our farmers deserve the best and the Product Development team is working hard to bring our Golden Paddy platform to the next level, and beyond. We are therefore looking for a motivated, to-the-point, technically strong front-end developer to join our team.
It’s a unique opportunity to create and add value to an existing platform to make a difference for an eager user base. You will be involved in building new products and features from scratch, for both mobile and web-based platforms. This also includes developing a PWA (Progressive Web App), to build our services fast, to deliver them faster.
You will be working with an agile, deliverables-oriented Product team that constantly focuses on the end goal of creating products and features that make an impact in the real world. We expect you to closely interact with the UX designer and other developers to timely deliver quality work during the Product Sprints. We need you to proactively communicate with the Product Manager to define feasible solutions and reasonable time-lines to ensure staying on track with the Product Roadmap. We want you to actively participate to define Product strategy and long-term goals, together with other managers, CTO, and CEO.
You are required to pick up new skills if necessary, commit to project deadlines and be able to work on a tight schedule. This is not a 9 to 5 job and it is not going to be easy. If you are up for high risk, high return, lots of headache and a tremendous learning experience, come and join us!
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work closely with the Product manager to contribute the entire product life cycle - concept, design, build, deploy, test, release and support
- Work closely with the UX designer to translate user stories, flows and mock-ups into elegant functional solutions for the user
- Work closely with the back-end developer to make sure we provide the most responsive and reliable services
- Help defining and maintaining coding standards and GitHub best practices
- Build rapid prototypes for both web and mobile devices
- Optimize production performance
- Write test cases and work with QAs to build robust software
- Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in mobile technologies
- Explain technologies and solutions to technical and non-technical team members
REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably Myanmar National
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 2 years experience developing in JavaScript using React.js
- Experience in previous projects developing PWA is a plus
- Strong understanding of data structures and design patterns
- Strong working experience with Git and CI/CD best practices
SOFT SKILL
- Preferred Excellent English proficiency
- Able to develop and self-manage given tasks
- Highly motivated to learn quickly and pick up new skills
- Well organized and able to prioritize deliverables in order to meet deadlines
- Team player
