Project Manager
Job Description
Job Descriptions:
· Plan and develop project idea for new upcoming and ongoing
· Manage projects for Government related and others
· Understand IT projects of technical development, infrastructure and operation
· Implement and work on projects together with business operation team and technical team
· Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, letters, proposal and presentation
· Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal management and ensuring technical feasibility
· Report and escalate to management as needed
· Manage the relationship with the client and relevant management
· Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
· Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
· Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
· Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
· Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
· Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as management team
· Delegate tasks and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
· Liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard and on time as urgent needs
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
· At least three-year experience in project management field
· At least three-year experience in project management field
· Relevant Management certification is preferable and experience in a similar role would be advantageous
· Experience in Government projects is preferable
· Strong skill in preparing Documentations, Letters, Proposals and Presentations

· Excellent in professional communication with clients
· Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Experience with project management software tools
· Ability to work under pressure and have to handle many projects
· Must have willingness to travel as require
