· Build new payment methods and flows, and also improve our payments experience
· Evaluate and execute strategic partnerships to enhance product propositions, ramp-up customer acquisition and transactional volumes.
· Represent Get as the product lead in meetings with banks or other business partners
· You must be able to align the product to business requirements and work alongside the development team to deliver end-product on time. You will be taking ownership of the entire product strategy and development
· Champion growth by delivering innovative payment solutions that deliver a flawless user experience, whilst at the same time complying with risk and regulatory requirements
· Prioritize initiatives, ensuring the team is focused on the activities that will generate the highest value to Get
Job Requirements
● 3+ years of experience in a product role or with payments-related products
● Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
● Be able to work collaboratively and constructively in a team environment
● Have not only shipped new products, but is obsessed about continuous product improvement and can optimize for shipping features
● Good written and verbal communication in English with a precise talent for articulating customer challenges
● Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in an organized, professional manner
