Job description :
The Product Owner is responsible for deciding trade-offs between scope, schedule, cost, and quality. He/she will scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact, build product roadmap to deliver optimal customer experience without compromising on the integrity of the system.

 Eagerness to understand our customer’s needs and desires to design the customer journey. Constantly refine the product based on real time feedback from our end customers
 Evaluate & research on future and existing features according to marker demand 
 Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products 
Collaboration, Coordination and Communication
 Day to day communication with cross functional departments and support teams
 Working together with UI/UX team to create/improve the user experience   Manage and organize product team (end-to-end project delivery activities using agile methodologies) 
 Close interaction with the Dev team is a core part of the job
Technical skills
 Design product flow and requirements, create & maintain Product Spec Documentation 
 Design wireframe and mockups for Android app and web-based back portals
 Able to write detailed and logical user requirements/stories
 Design and lead UAT test campaigns

 Job Requirements:
 Minimum 3 years in related experience with Product Owner, Project Manager role in Digital platforms technology with a proven track record in successful product development and delivery. 
 Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision. 
 Be able to work collaboratively and constructively in a team environment.
 Have not only shipped new products but is obsessed about continuous product improvement and can optimize for shipping features. 
 Good written and verbal communication in English and Burmese 
 Strong communication. Able to connect with others (regardless of language barriers), the ability to influence people and strategize several steps ahead with all levels of management in an organized, professional manner. 
 Familiar with Agile methodology and supporting tools like Trello, JIRA tools an added benefit
