· Develop and drive strategic vision and roadmap for the product.
· You must be able to align the product to business requirements and work alongside the development team to deliver end-product on time. You will be taking ownership of the entire product strategy and development.
· Champion growth by delivering innovative product solutions that deliver a flawless user experience, whilst at the same time complying with risk and regulatory requirements.
· Prioritize initiatives, ensuring the team is focused on the activities that will generate the highest value to Get.
Job Requirements
· 3+ years of experience in a product role.
· Proven track record in technology product development and delivery.
· Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
· Familiar with Agile framework.
· Be able to work collaboratively and constructively in a team environment.
· Have not only shipped new products, but is obsessed about continuous product improvement and can optimize for shipping features.
· Good written and verbal communication in English.
· Strong communication. Able to connect with others (regardless of language barriers), the ability to influence people and strategize several steps ahead with all levels of management in an organized, professional manner
