Job Description
We are looking for a motivated, hard-working, social and technically strong PHP Backend Developer. As PHP Backend Developer you will be responsible for development and continuous optimization of our in-house system and applications. Therefore, you will work closely with our product team and Impact Terra’s management. You are required to pick up new skills if necessary, commit to project deadlines and be able to work on a tight schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver across the entire product life cycle – concept, design, build, deploy, test, app release and support.
- Work directly with the tech team, including other developers, UX designers, and product manager to conceptualize, build, test and release products.
- Contribute in defining product features and design process.
- Build backend infrastructure and work with the mobile developers to create and maintain robust mobile API.
- Help the product team in writing test cases and provide support during the testing phases.
- Optimize production performance adopting and promoting agile development.
- Explain technologies and solutions to technical and non-technical team members.
REQUIREMENTS
- Myanmar National
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in Laravel framework
- High proficiency in SQL databases
- Has experience in working with Amazon Web Services
- Strong understanding of data structures and design patterns
- Strong working experience with Git
SOFT SKILLS
- Preferred Excellent English proficiency
- Able to develop and self-manage given tasks
- Highly motivated to learn quickly and pick up new skills
- Well organized and able to prioritize deliverables in order to meet deadlines
- Team player
- Initiative and solution focused
