Job Description
We are hiring level 2 Maintenance Support for one of our deemed client.
Location: Cambodia
Initially, the candidate should work for the contract.

Job Description
- Test and prove the functions that meet the requirements
- Ensure the test result quality
- Support resolution of production issues with the help of vendor
- Debug, Analyze, and troubleshoot the application products and Linux related issues.
- Cooperate and coordinate internal and external stakeholders and follow up issues to close (sometime system, sometime product, sometime application)
- Due to the nature of the work, you may be expected to work shifts or be on call and it may be necessary to work extra hours to finish a job.
Job Specification
- Experience in Software functional Testing
- Experience in Internet Banking/Mobile Banking Services: transactional features (funds transfer, remittances, utility bills, top up (mobile bills/card), etc.) and non-transactional features (account balance, account transactions, bank statements, service requests, etc.)
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience in basic SQL queries/database
- Must have knowledge on system patch deployment on application server [JBOSS, Tomcat, Websphere, etc.]
- Experience in the Enterprise Linux platform and clouding technology [AWS, Azure]
- Communication skills
- Advanced English is a must due to it being the working language at outside of Myanmar
