We are looking for a Project Manager to manage the development team. We are looking for a time-driven hands-on manager who can run projects from start to end within specific time frame and budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Take responsibility and drive all activities related to developing our business, such as:
-Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management
-Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
-Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project
-In consultation with Head of Project, recruit, interview and select staff and/or volunteers with appropriate skills for the project activities
-Execute the project according to the project plan
-Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
-Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project
-Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
-Ensure that the project deliverable s are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
-Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase
-Report directly to Head of Project.

DESIRED PROFILE

We are looking for applicants with the following profile:

-Minimum 1 year of prior project management experience
-Minimum 2 years of web (and/or) mobile development experience
-Good analytical skills and communication skills (both Myanmar and English)
-Ability to build strong customer/internal relationships
-Knowledge/Exceptional experience on Agile Project Management is a plus.
