Requirements & Qualifications
- Age between 25 – 40
- Must be able to manage, communicate and work together with software vendors
- Good English speaking, listening, reading and writing skill is a plus
- Bachelor degree or above in related field
- Good communication and team working skills
- Must be able to work independent
Experience
- 2+ years of experience as a manager who can properly influence people, process and technology
- Must be customer focused, both internal and external to the Company
- Must have at least years of experience in development or IT support/service
Responsibilities
- Ensure the continued development and management of internal software applications
- Provide inspirational leadership and direction to team
- Ongoing analyzing and evaluation of the effectiveness of the software processes
- Research & Development of new technologies
