Job Description:

Develop and maintain client relationships for major Banking clients in Myanmar.
Oversee full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Project delivery management to bring projects in under budget, on time and within quality metrics.
Author Requirement Definition Document (RDD), Project Plan and Project documents, User Acceptance Test (UAT), and Organization process assets.
Implementation & support to banks for payment systems including switch, card & mobile banking systems.
Communicate detailed product knowledge, issues, and risks to support consulting engagement.
Conduct Project reviews, team assessment and inductions.

Job Requirement:

Minimum of 2 year of working experience in Payment Card Industry (Technical) with managing Switch, Payment Gateway and Debit/Credit/Prepaid Cards e-wallet project implementation, support and maintenance.
Have working knowledge on Payment System Architecture, Domestic and International Interchange (MPU, MasterCard, Visa, UPI, JCB etc) transaction processing, Electronic Fund Transfer, Merchant Management (POS), Settlement and Reconciliation, focusing on client/server-based applications, custom development projects, as well as customization of packaged products.
Solutions-oriented professional who excels at managing projects, collaborating with project teams, interfacing with clients for gap analysis and support, and deploying technology to build successful solutions for clients.
Creative thinker and analytical problem-solver with demonstrated ability to manage projects from initiating to execution/completion under the pressure of fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and all levels of management.
Decisive, energetic, focused team leader/player manages various stakeholders who leads high-performing teams through proactive risk management, controlling unnecessary change and continuous process improvements.
Basic programming skills on Java.
Advance skills in Linux & Oracle.
