Full Stack Web Developer (Laravel + Vue.js)
Job Description
Codigo is looking for a Full Stack Laravel developer.
The full-stack role at Codigo gives you a unique opportunity to help keep innovating on our proprietary tech platform. You will work closely with client's CTO and existing developer on implementing a long list of improvements and building out various new features.
The full-stack developer is expected to continue the work on client's platform in order to improve the user experience and improve scalability. The work will mainly be conducted in Laravel, VueJs, HTML, CSS and Javascripts

The full-stack developer is expected to continue the work on client's platform in order to improve the user experience and improve scalability. The work will mainly be conducted in Laravel, VueJs, HTML, CSS and Javascripts
- The work is roughly 50% back-end (conducted in Laravel 5.7+) and 50% front-end
- Develop new features to support more efficient project execution – including various automation, tools etc.
- Develop relevant integrations using a mixture of internal and 3rd party APIs
- Identify and implement improvements within the existing code case
- Work with the client's CTO, delivery team, and customers to ensure a flawless work experience
- Conduct various database related task
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of working with Laravel (PHP) or similar PHP frameworks
- At least 2 years working with VueJs (Javascript)
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates and AJAX
- Good understanding of browser rendering behaviours and performance
- Good understanding of web mark-up including HTML5 and CSS3
- Docker in both production and development environments
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment
- Experience with consistent design patterns
- Experience with event driven / micro service oriented architecture
- Familiar with Amazon Web Services
- Experience with Automated testing
- Experience with agile scrum development practices
- Some basic DevOps is a plus, but not required
- Exceptionally strong technical, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Working proficiency in English
