ConceptX is an online learning platform focus on the high school courses to improve the education system of Myanmar. We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Full-Stack Developers in both backend and android development who will lead in the creation of a breakthrough user experience by developing the primary features of our ConceptX applications. As a Senior Full-Stack Developer on the ConceptX tech team, you will manage the overall architecture of ConceptX app and develop full technical life-cycle of building features, fixing bugs, and improving our technology. What you will do
• Design the blueprint of the ConceptX app.
• Designing and developing scalable, testable APIs.
• Write clean, secure, test driven, easily maintainable and modular codes.
• Implementing data structures, data warehouses, and processes to support API development.
• Architecting and implementing a real-time data pipeline solution for collecting student data.
• Working closely with product teams to analyze new feature requirements, complete research spikes, create and size stories for development.
• Driving the continuous improvement of our existing codebase by participating in code reviews, refactoring legacy code, and measuring code coverage and performance.
• Work across the entire app life cycle - concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support.
• Build prototypes and work with third-party data sources and APIs
• Work in a product development team to refine the product and work directly with business person.
• Lead the growth team with passion to create creative features for the platform and monitor the KPI; and share knowledge to the team.

What we are looking for
• 4+ years of proven working experience with Android development and Laravel/PHP framework
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Demonstrable experience with PHP including OOP, security, refactoring & design patterns.
• Experience with back-end development (LAMP stack).
• Experience developing and maintaining complex web architectures leveraging object-oriented PHP and JavaScript.
• Experience with integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
• Experience in unit testing using testing frameworks like PHPUnit/phpspec.
• Working knowledge of version controlling systems like Git, clear understanding of Gitflow workflow, repository management tools like BitBucket and understanding of overall CI/CD process.
• Strong in Android SDK, Android components and Android design principles with experience in releasing Android application to Google Play Store.
• Experience in persisting data in Android and proficiency in Kotlin.
• Experience in third party services like Firebase and common third-party libraries for Android Development.
• Working knowledge of cloud servers (AWS/Digital Ocean), related services and server administration like setting up Apache/Nginx, php-fpm etc. Other skills nice to have:
o Docker/Homestead
o Ability to make composer packages.
o Worked with webpack, gulp.js, Babel for browser support.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication (verbal/written) skills.

Sun - Thu: 10 am to 6 pm (Fri-Sat close)
