Job Description
Who we be looking for?
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients.UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphics elements and building navigation components.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.
What will you be doing?
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Communicate with the project owner to understand business goals and objectives
- Plan and implement new designs for different kinds of screens
- Test new ideas before implementing
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create and provide necessary graphic assets for implementation team (e.g. images, sketches, and tables) and test the result together with them
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
- Interested in technology and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
- Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
- Conduct ongoing user research
Which qualifications?
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Adobe XD and InVision and Figma)
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Detail-oriented
- Critical thinker
- Good time-management skills
- BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
How to stand out?
- Working knowledge of web technologies including Angular2.0, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and Flutter
- Able to build optimized, SEO friendly and responsive websites and dashboard
