- Finacle Online Banking Techno Knowledge
- Support the system implementation and provide the technical support
- Should be able to analyze complete impact analysis across the system for the business
- Should be able to bring in operational efficiency by implementing best practices and able to document the same
- Provide testing support including issue analysis and resolution of the issue
- Co-ordinate with project delivery by participating in walk-throughs to communicate system designs and validate proposed solutions
- Be part of transition as part of go live support and take them to closure
- Track repeated issues and ensure Problem management of critical incidents
- Escalate issue based on severity and criticality
- End to end handling of Finacle application production issues with work ranging from incident analysis, issue fix and UAT Testing.
Job Requirements
- B.C.Sc/B.C.Tech/B.E (IT) or other relevant qualification
- Minum 3 years' experience in related job role
- Techincal Domain Knowledge of Finacle Online Banking System
- SQL and Oracle knowledge
- Usage of different tool for automation and monitoring
- Good problem-solving skills
- Customization and manage Finacle Services
- Excellent verbal communication skills
