Digital Account Manager
Job Description
-Act as a key point of contact for clients for marketing management matters
-Discuss marketing strategies with clients and oversee debrief sessions with nexlabs internal teams through job requests and other documentation tools in place
-Suggest, design and implement impactful ATL and BTL marketing campaigns that can generate clients’ expected outreach on optimal ROI
-Align on key performance indicators with client and liaise with different stakeholders within the organization, to achieve highlighted goals
-Oversee client queries effectively and in a timely manner
-Develop strong, long-term client relationship and maintain frequent contact
-Review and support presentation of periodic performance reports to clients and assess insightful learnings
-Oversee assigned accounts and team members making sure clients’ satisfaction is high and retention rate above industry standards
-Stay up-to-date with digital technology and marketing trends how they can impact positively the businesses of our clients
-Oversee quality assurance to the service delivered by the team.
-Oversee performance of the assigned team and report to Account Director.
-Drive Outcomes, Profitability and Productivity across your Accounts
-Strengthen internal relationships to ensure a seamless experience for our Clients.
-Articulate coherently and professionally the value and benefits of nexlabs with positive and high energy attitude.
-Develop thought leadership around digital technologies.
-Empower and lead the team to deliver high quality work.
-Other work related duties as assigned by supervisors
