Digital Account Executive
Job Description
Responsibilities -
- Take brand ownership of nexlabs’ corporate brands and develop and execute effective communications strategy; both internally and externally.
- Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.
- Own and maintain a broad range of corporate marketing channels, including but not limited to, website,Facebook, LinkedIn, Medium, Newsletter, media articles and responses.
- Establish key performance indicators and liaise with different stakeholders within the organization and externally, to achieve highlighted goals.
- Manage media relations in line with external communications plan and strategy.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Liaise with internal team for creative output requirements.
- Represent nexlabs in various events and media interviews.
- Act as the key point of contact for assigned clients on ongoing basis for brand’s direction, strategic decisions and tactics.
- Build strong, long-term client relationship and maintain frequent contact.
- Collect insightful briefings from client and prepare debrief sessions with our teams through job requests and other communications tools in place.
- Keep good flow of communications with client and provide key documents to Account Manager on a timely manner, namely WIP Report and Contact Report.
- Own and maintain a clients’ engaged communication channels, on ATL and BTL level. Align on key performance indicators with client and liaise with different stakeholders within the organization, to achieve highlighted goals.
- Seek for all relevant and rewarding opportunities to drive client’s brand awareness and results.
- Monitor client’s marketing channels performance against competitors on an ongoing basis, presenting periodic performance reports in a clear and insightful manner.
- Develop and implement specific marketing activities and events for each target industry.
- Liaise with other team members to develop performance ROI reports for ongoing campaigns.
- Liaise with internal team for creative output requirements.
- Being accountable, own the brand and ambition to grow within the company.
- Other work related duties as assigned by supervisors
DESIRED PROFILE
- Diploma/undergraduate/bachelor degree – preferably in business administration, economics, finance, marketing or similar
- 3-5 years of experience in account management
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to professionally develop and manage processes
- Strong focus on getting things done
- Operational mentality
- Motivation to work in a highly dynamic and challenging environment
- Experience in managing multicultural teams in high growth companies
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent English language skills
