Customer Care Specialist
Job Description
Customer Service & Operations - Take overall charge of the enquiries, complaints and requests from clients in any kinds of communications including but not limited to email, viber, phone.
-Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
-Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
-Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
-Coordinating with finance team and sales HOD to follow up monthly payment collection and overdue payment for monthly
basis.
Organisational Goal, Procedure and KPI- Understand and follow the procedures of respective department.
-Clarify and understand your team, departmental and organisational goal with your team supervisor and HOD.
-Clarify and understand individual shortterm and longterm goal and KPI with your supervisor(which is importance for your promotion and benefit)
Team Collaboration- Closely working with your team member and HOD.
- Creating and supporting technical knowledge between sales team, development team and marketing team.
- Providing accurate reporting and feedback to HOD on all leads and inquiries, and recommend
improvements that will positively impact sales and efficiency.
