The main responsibilities of this position are – 
 
-Act as professional liaison between project managers and development team
-Organised meeting with clients for requirements gathering
-Perform requirements planning, requirements definitions and stakeholder management
-Understand and prioritize the requirements; translate those into technical/ functional specification documents for developers to execute
-Use industry standards such as UML or BPMN for process modelling
-"Monitor the projects and create acceptance criteria, review test-cases and update the project status"
-Promote BA best practices
-Proposal & Contract preparation, other project related documentation upon request
-Sales pipeline management
-Coach juniors

Skills / Personal Specification

-Adaptability to changing situations and make the best possible decisions with the information at-hand
-Ability to keep projects on track, on time, and on target'
-Self-organizer; ability to juggle numerous tasks simultaneously to meet project deadlines
-Must work well with others
-"Familiarity with main types of software development life cycles (Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM, etc.)"
-Proficient in English
-Have at least a Bachelor's degree in IT/ IS or Computer Sciences
-At least 1 year experience in related field
-Familiarity with UML or BPMN

As part of BA responsibility, you are expected to be able to draw UML diagram. Therefore, during interview, you will be asked to generate UML diagram (such as Sequence Diagram) by hand.
